Last week was good I eating my macros and feeling really strong in the gym every time I get in there the weight goes up on the bar or reps go up. This is exactly what I want to be happening so it feels full of joy.
Last week I also decided to give up caffeine which has gone really well I have switched to decaf tea and coffee. Yes I know it has small amounts of caffeine init but its minimal. As a family we are trying to switch out what we eat and consume.
We as a family have decided to make a move to more plant based foods. I am not sure what his is going to look like yet but watch this space. I am not going totally veggie or vegan will still eat eggs and fish but try to cut out always eating meats like chicken and bacon etc…
My training this week was;
Monday / Tuesday – Push/Pull strength
Thursday / Friday – Push/Pull hypertrophy

My weight has gone up this week from 68.2 to 69.1kg average so that’s a kg gain so we are going in the right direction.
