Well how have I been getting on this week then. Not bad to be honest here is my rundown;
Monday: Stayed on track with my food and hit the weights Chest and Abs day
Tuesday: Again on track with my food hit the weight back day and in the evening on the bike for my cardio session.
Wednesday: I took a rest day for Wednesday as I knew I was going to be working late.
Thursday: I got up today felt really tired and got in the gym I had no energy. I was supposed to be military pressing but I couldnt even make it out of my warmup sets into my working sets. So I decided to sack it in and went to work instead then tonight I cam back had some food and hit it again. It was a great workout upped my weight in two lifts and felt strong.
Food today was spoton hit my macros and resisted a trip to McDonalds despite the guys at work trying to tempt me.
Tomorrow I am going to work on my legs first time since my procedure so will see how it goes.
