This week so far is going well.
Monday – Trained with Georgie early morning forgot to take my lunch to work but got a salad at lunchtime so was covered. I got home and Georgia’s brother and his family were there so we indulged in Sushi.
Tuesday – I worked out alone deadlift day along with one arm rows and lat pull downs. I didn’t forget my food so hit my macros exactly.
Wednesday – Was in the gym at 5:15am and did 50mins on the bike burnt 280 calories. Again so far today on plan to hit my macros had to really resist lunch though. We had a lunch provided as part of our meeting and I really wanted to eat it. I managed to stick to my tuna salad and pot of gold.
This evening will grab something that fits with what’s left over and going to get the kids working out.
Hopefully the rest of the week will be as sucessful. It’s been cold in the gym this week seriously cold as it’s the garage and has no heating. I do hope it warms up as Tuesday I couldn’t feel my fingers by the end of the set.
