This week I managed to keep to my diet and get my workouts along with three cardio sessions.
It went to pot on Friday though as endulged in some food I shouldn’t have but hey it okay to have a cheat meal. Problem was I had another one Saturday night. My own fault and just prolonging my cut to be honest.
The result was a gain of 0.3kg on the scales. DOH!
Anyway today me and my new gym buddy Georgia finished strength week.
So tomorrow 5:15am we start our next phase 5 day split with 3 cardio sessions mixed in. I think we will be wrapping up warm given the snow.
To keep on track food is sorted and I have all my work clothes cleaned and ironed.
We also put little program together for the kids which should be fun.
