How has the week gone so far that is the question. To be honest it has had its ups and downs.

Foodwise I am happy I have been inside my macros and Georgia has been helping me out with lunches. Today she got up and made me a Turkey chilli after cooking me breakfast. She is so good to me and I am like a bear with a sore head feeling sorry for myself.

Tueday I hit my shoulders and abs it was good workout and I felt really pumped afterwards. Wednesday I had a rest day as had to be in work early and knew I wouldnt get time in the evening.

Today was a different story as it was my leg day so I lay in bed not wanting to get up. Eventually I did and upped all my rep ranges from 4-6 to 10-12 due to my hips.

The plan here is to lift in the 10-12 range, starting at 10 then following week 11 then 12 and up the weight. If I experience any pain or discomfort I will reduce the weight and up the rep ranges.

I was glad I completed my leg day as I need to continue and be poisitive with my training.

    • 4x Wholemeal Bread Slices
  • Snack
    • Honey Cured Ham

  • Post Workout
    • 60g Porridge
    • 30g Pea Protein
  • Breakfast
    • 1 Egg
    • 100ml Egg White
    • 2x Bacon Medallions
  • Snack
    • Apple
    • Skyr Yoghurt
  • Lunch
    • 180g Turkey Breast Mince
    • 200g Kidney Beans
