The weekend was interesting again had too many wines. This weekends challenge no alcohol, we are going to a party Friday so opted be nominated driver.
We are also off to London to watch some rugby so again driving, that should do it.
I did make my brownies very nice will post the recipe and pics soon.
I started Sunday this week with chest and abs, Monday am hit my back and today it was shoulders and abs.
Tomorrow will possibly be a rest day I need to be in the office early for a meeting.
I need to plan what I am going to do regarding leg days now. I am thinking high rep lower weights.
Food this week has been good and hitting my macros.
Tonight I am making a curry for Georgia and I with wholemeal rice.
