The weekend flew by and I made some bad food choices ate pizza and drank beer but it is what it is.
This week is my strength week I am working out three times this week and each workout will consist of Squatting, Deadlifting and either bench pressing or military presses.
Last night was Squat, Military Press and then Deadlift, it was a good session all beit a little cold. I managed to increase my squat without pain which is great to 80kg, doesn’t sound much but good for me with my busted hip. I then managed to overcome another hurdle by Deadlifting 100kg for 5 reps and not getting any pain in my hip or my tennis elbow which is great. I was really pleased to chalk up those increases for when I hit phase 2 of my 6 week cycle.
Food side of things my food choices yesterday were good if anything I under ate. I also managed on Sunday night to get an online shop done with Ocado and Musclefood. This will replenish my meals for work and keep me straight.
Yesterdays food was;
- Egg Whites
- Pea Protein
- Sweet potato mash
- Wholemeal Pasta
- Chicken Sausage
Tuesday is a rest day and I promised my daughter I would do a workout with her so I will get some cardio in.
Georgia also asked why I was taking photos on my weekly stats which I should and she has offered to help me out again.
