So I didnt get up early and go for that run, I did get up early and decided to hit the weights at 5am. Felt really good and really strong which was great.

It was leg night tonight which was a hard one I had an hour window between dropping my son off at Cubs and picking him up again but I managed it. At first I told myself I don’t have time and will leave it. Then I gave myself a good talking to, got in my gym gear and smashed it felt really good for it.

Food so far this week has been great I have been on plan and managed to avoid the canteen at work. I am trying to also reduce my caffeine intake by drinking decaf coffee (its not nice). I have also taken in Blackcurrent to work to drink hot.

My leg workout was as follows;

Squats 3 sets – I have to box squat and only 50% or my 1RM due to my hip. Felt pain tonight also when doing it.
Leg Press 3 Sets
Romanian Dead Lifts 3 Set
