This weekend we took the kids to Devon for a short break.
I didn’t get in any weight training, but spent Saturday surfing at Woolacombe. Sunday we met our friends Lisa and Miles and their children then all went swimming for a couple of hours with the kids. The kids loved it and we had a whole pool all to ourselves which was brilliant.
I didn’t really want to go down to Devon this weekend as I was feeling down. Georgia kind of forced me but it did me good no technology and doing things I love, surfing and being with the family. Thanks Georgie love you.
Monday night I hope to get in a weight session, Tuesday I have the funeral which I am dreading. I may workout in the morning to take my mind off what is ahead.
I will update you in the week how my progress gets on.
I didn’t do my stats this weekend being in Devon but I know they won’t be good as food choices have not been great. Once I get through Tuesday I intend to regroup and focus I do want to hit that 10% body fat.
