Today was good my macros were spot on and I also got my weight session in.
Later in the evening after my oldest came back from cubs we all engaged in some fun yoga. It’s called Cosmic Kids on YouTube check it out it’s really good.
Food for today was;
Breakfast – Blueberry omelette and bacon
Lunch – Turkey salad
Pre workout – weetabix and protein
Dinner – chicken wrap with cheese
Post bed – cottage cheese
