I have had a very mixed last two days I received the news my uncle had passed away from a heart attack and so went to be with my family.
I have managed to get my weight sessions in though and to be honest they have helped me. Weight lifting is one of the very few things i find completely clears my mind and I only think of the task at hand.
Food wise though not so good as haven’t been at home or work and not really cared either. Last night with my brother and sister we did some drinking at my uncle’s house so that was definitely off plan.
Today I have got back on plan and managed to stick to my usual foods. It’s stats day tomorrow I hope I see a change i certainly am seeing it in the mirror.
