My early morning weights sessions have not gone to plan to be honest, as in they haven’t materialised.
I ended up Tuesday doing a session until late into the night which was gruelling and I was only just hitting my reps. Yesterday again early morning session was a no go. In the evening I went to see my sister who is over from Oz. This resulted in no weight session at all so today I need to be back on it.
I am up early now so worrying this so I am going to hit the weights no excuses.
Good wise I have been good had a couple of bottles of beer when seeing my sister but it’s been good on the whole.
Right off I go!
