So once a week I weigh myself and my wife gets the caliper to check my body fat %. Check my blog about measuring this here
Today my stats came in as follows,
Body Fat % Last Week (Jackson/Pollock 7 Caliper Method) = 13.61%
This week Body Fat % (Jackson/Pollock 7 Caliper Method) = %12.11
Weight = 74.9g
Fat in Kgs = 9.07kg
Lean Mass = 65.83kg
From my stats this week I can see I have lost .2 kg this week and reduced my body fat % so its going in the right direction.
I will cover the main points for my cut and how I have got on with them.
Not eating enough – Food wise I was really good this week I really stuck to it which is good. The cravings are increasing though and I was dreaming of chocolate but I managed to control myself.
Over training, – Got all my weight sessions in this week but no cardio I managed to increase weight in some areas so successes there. Barbell Rows, One Arm Rows and Decline bench all saw a marked improvement.
Sleep – Sleep has not been good to be honest I haven’t managed to get my 7-8 hours.
Energy wise I was ok until Thursday and I was dead on my feet Friday I was also tired. Today I felt a bit better as was up later than usual so got some more sleep. I went to the opticians this morning and will from next week be wearing glasses.
News on my hip appointment I had an appointment now scheduled for the 30/10 but this week it was cancelled. I started to think it would be quicker for me to train as surgeon and do the operation on myself. But then today another letter came through to say it had been moved to the 16/10. Yay!
So whats the plan for next week?
Next week I want to keep to the same plan as last week but introduce a cardio session.
So my daily macro’s for next week will be as follows;
Calories 1563, Protein 211g, Carbohydrates 101g, Fat 37g
