A week of no cardio it just didn’t happen in unfortunately.
All my weight sessions present and correct and food wise it’s been good although I dream of bulking now.
I am interested to see what the scales and calipers say tomorrow. My cheat meal tomorrow is fish and chips as Georgia is out and her parents are staying so we are going to indulge.
