Didn’t get a great nights sleep and had to be in work today for 8am meeting. I did take my workout gear though and managed a cardio session at lunch.
Was then tied up at work and didn’t get home until gone 7. Saw the other half had tea and she was off to the gym whilst I settled the little ones and then I hit the home gym myself. I was really tired my first sets tonight were deadlifts and I wanted to put it down and go inside. You know when you make excuses in your head like I should rest, one night off is fine, I will catch up tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes and I blasted through hit my 77% on my deadlift 5×4 and felt great for it.
I am now shattered and going to climb into bed first meeting tomorrow 7:30 lucky me. I am not doing to well on this sleep thing.
