Journal 07/09/2017

Today I havent done any cardio or any weight session as my shoulder is still niggling and my hip hurts.

So I have taken the night off and written a post for my blog.

Food wise I have had a good day although I grabbed the wrong container out the fridge and ended up with the wrong lunch.

Food was as follows;

Breakfast

3x slices ham

1x fried egg

Mid Morning

1x Kiwi Fruit

120g Tuna

Lunch

Pea Protein Isolate (Due to not having anything)

Tea

Wholemeal Bread and Chilli

Dinner

2x Rye Bread Slices

2x Boiled Eggs

Skyr Yoghurt

Pre Bed

Cottage Cheese
