Today was good I was prepared with my food as had prepped Sunday. I was also at my normal office so no distractions.
I kicked off the morning with bacon and eggs.
On to mid morning almonds and tuna then lunch was chilli and sweet potato.
Managed to get some cardio in at lunch on the recumbent bike.
Afternoon isolate pea and carrots. I then picked the kids up got home and had rye bread with peanut butter and banana.
After that I hit the weights and then ate a slimming world macaroon bar and cottage cheese. I wore my new headphones for my workout and they were a great success. They stayed on the music really got me going.
I have my food ready to go again tomorrow so another good day ahead hitting those macros.
