The last two days have been hard going I am really tired. I have had to drag myself into the gym but I have done it and feel better for it.
I now have two days off so I am going to get cooking with the kids ready for next week watch this space.
Again my diet has bee really good I snuck a bottle of beer in this evening and accounted for it. This week food wise I have been on point so see what the scales on Sunday say. I am not expecting to fluctuate in weight much. I cant do my body fat this week as my wife is away so need to wait her return.
In the gym I have been feeling really strong with my benching coming on massively and my box squats going back up in weight. I am going to hit my bench and deadlift 1RM’s so I can make sure I am hitting my percentages.
