Journal 31/07/17

So today was good started off with a lovely breakfast.


went to work with a box of sweet potato mash and ham. I also had an apple and a handful of almonds.

Managed to squeeze in a lunchtime session in the gym on a CrossTrainer.

Got home had a chicken curry and rice then was off the the gym. Tonight I hit some box squats as I can’t go below parallel with my hip. The super sets of reverse lunge, back extensions and ring rows. 

After that I had a chat with my coach regarding my goals.

Today I also ordered some new Addias Power Perfect shoes. I tried some on the other week and it transformed my squat. My shins were a lot more upright and I was sitting more into it.

Tomorrow I am away at hotel for work but already called ahead to confirm gym access. My main worry is eating as it’s a conference and the food is usually not great. I will let you know tomorrow how I get on.
